Welcome to Every Day Bags. I Make Handmade Fabric Tote Bags an ideal "green" alternative to a plastic carrier bags. My Bags are all Fully lined with interfacing machine washable and tumble dry llow, making them a Reusable item.
1:ORDERS
Payment I.e. Cards, Visa, Stripe and Paypal.
Please make payment within 3 days of purchase. If this is not possible, please get in touch and let me know when payment will be made or if you no longer want the item. I will cancel any transactions if no payment or communication is received.
2:SHIPPING
Postage:
I post by royal mail 2nd class for UK orders they take 3/4 days i normally use second class but we can post first class if you email on the order to say see under More for your shipping zones
Delivery terms:
We aim to deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order, it is important that the address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your
delivery instructions, unless this was caused by our negligence. We will aim to deliver Your goods by the date Set for
delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery happens to be delayed for any reason and is out off our control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you.
Returns & Refunds
We do hope you will be Happy with your purchase. However if you wish to return it please email us within 10 days of receipt and return the items in their original packaging and condition, securely packaged with proof of purchase. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the returned item has been received. We regret we cannot refund postage unless the item is faulty.
Items Lost In Transit:
Orders sent via Royal Mail are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 10 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 10 working days after the order sending date.
